In Sampson Family Therapy's billing department, Abby loves working alongside mental health professionals to support their vital work. She enjoys billing because every day there is a new problem to solve. Outside of work, she is passionate about sharing the transformative effects of yoga and mindfulness. She advocates for these practices as essential tools for maintaining mental well-being. In her free time she loves traveling with her family, playing games, catching a play at the Des Moines Playhouse and attending the Des Moines Symphony.
