I am an approachable therapist with a down to earth style. My goal is to provide a setting that is welcoming and safe for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I strive to help my clients overcome the unique difficulties they are working through using an empathetic and compassionate approach.

 

I have experience working with adolescents and adults in mental health and substance abuse related settings. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and use mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it is a fit. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have worked with adults and  adolescents who may be struggling with an addiction and co-occurring disorders (both mental and substance abuse).
